While there were some breathtaking aspects to my stay, such as the serene setting and lovely grounds, my overall experience at the hotel was unfortunately marred by several significant issues. This hotel charges a premium rate, yet the quality of service and dining did not meet expectations. The beautiful rooms and gorgeous gardens couldn't make up for the extensive problems with cleanliness and service that I encountered during my visit.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were spacious and looked even more beautiful in person, but having an open deck directly facing a public beach meant unwanted disturbances from local dogs and children. It was disappointing that the hotel manager suggested we shouldn't use the deck for eating or barbecuing due to these issues.
Service
5.0
Service was hit or miss. While some staff were kind and helpful, there seemed to be a lack of training, with certain interactions feeling dismissive rather than welcoming. On one occasion, I felt treated like an inconvenience when asking for assistance, which was disappointing.
Location
5.0
The hotel is located on a stretch of beach that unfortunately featured a lot of sea life debris, making it less than ideal for swimming compared to other areas on the island. It was also a bit awkward to navigate, especially without proper footwear.
Dining
5.0
Dining experiences were quite disappointing. Breakfast options felt repetitive and lacked freshness, with hygiene concerns noted during my visit, which made it hard to enjoy the meals. The idea of a gourmet experience did not match the reality.
Facilities
6.0
Although the pool area looked inviting, my overall experience was diminished by other concerns about cleanliness and maintenance throughout the resort. Facilities seemed neglected at times, which was frustrating given the cost of the stay.

6.8/10

My stay at the resort was quite mixed. The location is beautiful with a stunning view, and the room was spacious and well-appointed, but the overall service left much to be desired—especially given the high price. There were issues with cleanliness and food quality that really detracted from the experience, ultimately making it feel like the resort was not living up to its 5-star claims.

Rooms
9.0
The rooms were spacious, luxurious, and provided an amazing view over Muri beach, making it feel like a true tropical paradise.
Service
5.0
Unfortunately, the service was inadequately trained and seemed uninterested in addressing guest feedback, which was disappointing considering the resort's claims of exclusivity.
Location
10.0
The location of the resort is fantastic, just a stone's throw from the beach and ideal for accessing local attractions and restaurants.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience could use improvement; the breakfast options were often bland and repetitive, lacking the gourmet flair promised.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities were decent, but the overall cleanliness, particularly in the dining area, was an issue that needs addressing.

Our stay at this beautiful resort was absolutely delightful! The views from our oceanfront room were stunning, and the proximity to both the beach and the pool area added to the experience. While we enjoyed the great selection at breakfast, the coffee was sadly a letdown. The only downside was the wind, which made some days a bit breezy on our deck. Overall, this place is a fantastic retreat for anyone looking to unwind in a picturesque setting.

Rooms
9.0
Our oceanfront room was spacious, very clean, and featured a wonderful outdoor shower, although it was near the pool area, which could be noisy.
Service
10.0
The staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile.
Location
8.0
The resort is situated on the windy side of the island, which offered breathtaking views, but we had to drive to find calmer waters for snorkeling.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was plentiful with a great range of options, though the coffee quality could use improvement.
Facilities
9.0
The pools were well-kept, and having access to kayaks and paddleboards for exploration was a great perk.

I had an amazing stay at the Nautilus resort, which is truly a luxurious place perfect for relaxation and privacy. My room was spacious, comfortable, and had its own plunge pool, which was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The dining experience was generally delightful, although some room for improvement exists in terms of breakfast options. Overall, it’s a great spot if you’re looking to unwind, but there are minor areas that could enhance the overall experience.

Rooms
9.0
Our room was superbly private with its own plunge pool and lovely decor. It was very spacious, with a mini-kitchen and luxurious bathrooms.
Service
9.0
The service was fabulous, with the staff being incredibly friendly and accommodating. They handled issues promptly and were eager to help.
Location
8.0
The resort is ideally located right on the beach, providing stunning views and quick access to the lagoon. However, there were some unsightly areas nearby that slightly detracted from the view.
Dining
7.0
Dining at the resort was generally good, with a nice breakfast selection, but it could be improved with more variety.
Facilities
8.0
The facilities were excellent, particularly the main pool, which was one of the best on the island. However, the entertainment options in the room were lacking.
